2.3 MMS and Text Processing

We process messages and attachments (including photos) that you send to your assigned My ClipBox™ number. This allows us to extract gratuity and receipt information. MyClipbox™ requires no device permissions - everything happens through your existing SMS/MMS capabilities.

• Enable family wishlist features and savings tracking
• Show you relevant gratuity drops based on your ZIP code
• Improve the app experience and develop new features

MyClipBox™ is designed for families and community use. To protect minors, all SMS communications and account notifications are directed only to the verified adult administrator of each household account. Child and teen profiles within a family group do not receive SMS messages directly and are not asked to provide a personal phone number.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for managing their family's My ClipBox™ number and deciding whether children may view messages or use features that share information externally. MyClipBox™ complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting personal data only from adults and by restricting any direct contact with minors through phone or text.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to MyClipBox™ in error, they may request immediate deletion or transfer of that data by contacting privacy@myclipbox.com.
